After more than 15 years of employment with DRD Pools, Josh Ploch has resigned as Director of Personnel. He and his family are moving to Tulsa, Oklahoma and embarking on new challenges! Over the course of his 15-plus years at DRD, Josh rose from the ranks of Lifeguard at a small community pool to the Director of Personnel overseeing the hiring and training of more than 1,000 lifeguards annually. He has made significant contributions to the growth and success of DRD over the years, and we wish Josh all the best with his future endeavors!
