	Year round training in our indoor facility for Lifeguarding, C.P.R., First Aid, and Pool Operators Certifications.
	A Risk Management program for review of lifeguarding skills and responsibilities.

	Access to DRD Office 7 days a week for immediate response.
	Low supervisor to pool ratio.
	At least 3 weekly inspections of your facility with detailed, written reports.
	Weekly meetings between our field supervisor and a designated representative of your community.
